Pathetic tea at 300 its not even comparable to the tea servef in train for 10 rs. Total wastage of money. Chai point is looting its customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the worst outlets. The lady sitting at the counter is very rude and arrogant, she doesn't how to behave with customers. When you are charging a huge amount of 300rs for a tea worth of 20rs, you should atleast behave properly with customers. They are just looting money in the name of opening an outlet at the airport. It would be great if you can train this lady how to behave with customers.

One of the worst customer service here. I bought a bubble tea for ₹370/- and they gave me a small straw to drink. When I asked them for a big straw they saw that no big straw is available and asked me to remove the straw and drink directly until the bobba comes. They respond as though we are dumb people and do not know anything. The bobba also tasted horrible. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
