Puffs were very hard to chew and didn't seem fresh like previous orders. I've been drinking Chai Points ginger tea for 3 years now, when i was Pune. The taste here in Mumbai is very bad and different. I've tried thrice in Mumbai, all the times the taste was bad. I'd recommend you guys contact Baner Outlet in Pune and see what different they're doing.
