Bun Bhujiya was fine but totally disappointed with the Honey Ginger Lemon Tea. The tea was made from premix (powder) and not by using real ginger and lemon and honey, as was evident from the clear liquid with no traces of lemon juice and with no distinct flavour profile. Herbal teas are consumed for their therapeutic benefits and not for their taste/flavour alone and hence making herbal tea from premixes which mostly contain flavours (natural and/or nature identical) and not real ingredients defeats the whole purpose of consumption of herbal teas for which we don't have to pay its price as well. A business must comprehend customers' needs and ensure they get what they paid for instead of passing ready made products as freshly made products from scratch. The clear liquid, Lack of traces of lemon juice (strands) and distinct flavour profile and over sweetness are clearly indicative of the tea having been made from premix and no customer expects or even guesses a hot tea being made from a premix.
