Just now(11.10.25 5.30pm) i have ordered veg puff & Tea from Chai kings Myalpore branch through swiggy. we have received the same but tea parcel box's one side is fully accupied by termite. i have taken photos & parcel video immideatly and went to the shop directly asked about this issues but they are not answaing properly and they told that we dont know the reason about this issues and simply you can take refund of your money or we will give tea in another box. this is your customer service?
