I recently visited this Chai Kaburlu and overall had a pleasant experience. The taste of their chai is fantastic rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. It’s clear they use high-quality ingredients, and I love the variety of options they offer. However, I did notice that the staff can be a bit rude at times, especially during busy hours. I understand the stress of handling a large crowd and high workload, but it does impact the overall experience when customer service feels rushed or curt.
