I recently visited Chai Kapi PU4, and it was a great experience! The place has a cozy ambiance and a good variety of chai, coffee, and snacks. The drinks were refreshing, and the food was flavorful, making it a nice spot to hang out with friends. However, one downside is that people smoke near the outside seating, and the smell drifts into the area, which can be unpleasant for non-smokers. Overall, it’s a good place for a casual outing with tasty beverages and snacks, but it would be even better if smoking was restricted near the seating area. Worth a visit if you love chai and coffee! Chai Kapi outlet behind C21 Mall combines modern aesthetics with amazing taste. It gives you a nostalgia when you see canteen style seating there. Must try where Bun Maska and Burnt Garlic Maggie. Their lightings in outside seating area make it perfect for evening visits. You can find slightly busy in evening time. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Chai Kaapi PU4 Indore is the worst possible food chain store in Indore. I visited with my family and ordered a sandwich. The waiter took the sandwich to three different tables, and when those three tables rejected it, the guy served me the sandwich. This is not the first time this has happened at Chai Kaapi. It happened earlier, too, and I complained, but you guys do not learn and don’t care about the customers. The By-pass Chai Kaapi has the same story. The staff is extremely dirty and unhygienic. Extremely stinky. Worst experience. My son was hungry and wanted to eat something quickly but had to get up hungry. The toilet is extremely smelly and unclean. If you want to eat second-hand dishes - go to Chai Kaapi if you want to ruin your experience - go to Chai Kaapi if you want to use bad, smelly toilets - go to Chai Kaapi If you want your food to be served by smelly, untidy, unhygienic servers - go to Chai Kaapi Please avoid.
