Pathetic experience! My entire sandwich was spilled over by mojito, it was all soggy. I had asked for no garlic no onion but still there were loads of onions in the sandwich. The pizza was burnt by the sides which they had cut but these people forgot to cut slices of the pizza. Pasta was stale . It was definitely of previous day not freshly prepared. The drinks were 3/4 in the glass as they were spilled on the food. I have attached pictures of all things mentioned. I have spent 1200/- . Spending so much is not a joke. I want my money back. If the restaurants cant serve properly on festivals then don’t accept orders. We customers are not fools that we spend so much on stale, poorly packed, burnt food. I want my entire bill amount back for sure so that Chai Kaapi the restaurant learns a lesson.
