It's a pleasant experience to try perfectly cooked fried chicken, fried eggs and egg fried rice. If you're the delicious coffee fan, you may like this cafe. The knowledgeable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The nice service is something these restaurateurs care about. The calm atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more clients. But Chai Fever hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

1. Most of the food items that you see on menu are unavailable. They have literally stopped serving those items but still they are on the menu without any special mark or cross beside the items to identify that they are removed from served items.
You can say more than half of the items are unavailable.
Still that's acceptable, but the service and behaviour of the staff.
2. They literally want the customers to sit in line like in Langars, and not one opposite another. Like if 3-4 persons are coming together to have their meal and chill, the staff of Chai Fever will ask you to sit in line, when you say you wanna sit opposite to each other like people sit in restaurants, instead of politely asking customers to sit in line they will literally come to teach you how to sit in restaurants and that you don't know how to sit in restaurants.
They will literally insult you that you have come here to eat just for 30 rupees.
One of the worst service and hospitality you will ever get in Kolkata.
Looks like they think their restaurant has gone viral so they can do anything, misbehave with customers.
Although they think it right.
