Ordered fries with chipotle sauce. But I have received plain peri peri fries. This has happened with me twice. chai desi is not proper with delivering complete order. @zomato please look into this.

Lack of hotel management etiquette, customer service, professionalism, listening skills, empathy... order 3 course meal - Main, sides and beverage, all 3 items arrived cold.. upon asking for replacement.. charged twice... FYI learn to respect customer
