The feature of Chai Calling Kolkata is serving nicely cooked sandwiches. It's nice to order great tea or good coffee. If you look through the visitors' reviews, the staff is cute at this place. very unprofessional stuff, had one of the worst experiences at Chai Calling. The staff were extremely unprofessional and behaved very rudely. Despite paying full price (nothing was free), the food portions were too small compared to the high prices. Two staff members, in particular, showed shockingly bad manners, making the entire experience uncomfortable.A restaurant should value customers, but here it felt like they don’t care at all. Definitely not worth the money, time, or energy. I will never recommend this place.

Awful Service! The staff had no respect for customers and the café vibe was completely off. Such a disappointing and horrible experience.
