It was 9:30.pm and we ordered a coffee at d block cbc outlet after waiting for about 10.mins in car when we peeped out the cbc man waived his hand to collect the coffee from the counter rather than serving at the car which was just parked in front of the cbc as there were no customer at that time . When asked why he is not serving he said he doesn't have tray which was lying on the table in front of him. We are not paying only for coffee but for the service and comfort. One paper cup coffee of rupees 60/-. Earlier they did served in car and as it's on main road so not at all secure to get out with children. It has no proper sitting are all on road and vehicles moving by. With all the dust and smoke. Still it was good when things were severed with comfort of customer. It was bad experience.
