I recently had the opportunity to dine at Chadha's The North Indian Food Corner, a renowned establishment known for its famous Delhi Soya Chap. While I had heard great things about this place, I must admit that my experience left me somewhat disappointed. Although the food lived up to its reputation, I found the overall service to be below par. Considering my experience, I would give Chadha's The North Indian Food Corner a three-star rating and believe that there is room for substantial improvement. Let's start with the positive aspects of my visit—the food. The Delhi Soya Chap, the dish Chadha's is famous for, was indeed exceptional. The flavors were rich, the spices well-balanced, and the texture of the soya chap was just right. It was evident that the chefs put in considerable effort to ensure the authenticity and quality of their signature dish. The menu offered a variety of North Indian delicacies, and the flavors were generally authentic and satisfying. However, despite the excellent food, the overall dining experience was marred by several service-related issues.
