Don't go by the good reviews about them. You will repent later. I had ordered for dinner through IRCTC eCatering where they were having good reviews. However food was stale and smelt very bad. We had to throw the food in the dustbin. Whatever little food my wife ate, only to realize that food is stale, caused loose motions and sickness to her. We had to sleep hungry as there were no option left to order food from anywhere else in the night. They are highly unethical. It is extremely unfortunate that people can be so greedy for the money that they can even play with the lives of the other people.

I had order for dinner through through IRCTC eCatering where they were rated well. Half of our food was missing, and it was at 10 in the night when we couldn't order any more from other stations. The owner refused the claim at first, saying that they had released all the items and that we were lying. Then he said that they'll process the refund with zero accountability about their abysmal service. The restaurant and delivery service had blocked our contact numbers and kept declining our calls when we were bound with hunger. The taste of the food that we received was horrible, it was oily and the vegetables was stale. Our order had also been order in the last minute when they informed us. To them, the issue was significant only till a refund, beyond which they didn't care. IRCTC should genuinely look into the sources they trust their quality of service with.
