On a Saturday afternoon I jumped on my scooty and rode in the lanes of NIT 1, stopping at Chacha Gyan ka Dhaba - known to serve chicken curry and mutton curry. The place was not much crowded and there was a dullness to the place. I got chicken curry packed.
I had it with the homemade tandoori rotis. The gravy was rich - with more of onions and less of tomato, and loads of garam masala. The chicken was tender. The downside was that the garam masala was over the top and unbearable to me. One could have it on a rare occasion with a roti or two but it's not something one would love to have again and again.

A decent dish overall but nothing great.
