But nowadays, the cloud kitchen trend is going in the city as there are new cloud kitchens which are opening up in different parts of the city and delivering good quality food right at your doorstep keeping in mind all the safety precautionary measures of sanitation.
Last week I was cravings for some quality biryani and kebabs, and I started searching for good quality biryani delivery joint and I spotted this amazing cloud kitchen named “Chaccha Jaan”. In the era of the cloud kitchen, Kolkata got introduced to Chaccha Jaan quite some time back. It is one of the best cloud kitchens in town that serves you authentic dishes of Mughlai and North Indian cuisine right at your doorstep by maintaining proper social distancing and no-contact delivery. Each and every dish is prepared by the love and magic of the highly skilled kitchen.

? Meal Packaging and Safety:
Due to ongoing pandemic situation everyone is worried when we order anything from online. But let me tell that the food that I ordered from Chaccha Jaan was properly sanitized before delivering them to my doorstep and the person delivered the package at my doorsteps also maintained the necessary safety measures like wearing a mask and gloves and maintaining a proper social distance. Coming to the packaging part of the food was wrapped perfectly and tightly sealed so that the food does not spill over during delivery. The spill proof containers were really good. ❤️
▶ Now coming to real deal which is food that I ordered recently-
⚜️ Aslam Bhai Ka Tandoori Murgh- Words will fall short to appreciate how delicious & mouthwatering this popular Aslam Chicken is. The whole chicken was marinated in hung curd, homemade garam masala and other Indian spices and it is grilled to perfection in tandoor and tossed with a rich sauce made with butter, cream, and chef’s secret spices. Would highly recommend trying this item to anyone who loves to have yummy chicken starter item.
⚜️ Mutton Degh Biryani- This is one of the major highlights of this cloud kitchen. Love for biryani runs in my blood and as a diehard biryani fan I am very critical about the taste and flavor of biryani. This Biriyani impressed me as it was perfect mild flavoured and a blend of authentic spices and no signs of Dalda which goes light on stomach and what succulent big pieces of mutton (2 pcs), tender Aloo (2 pcs) and Boiled eggs (2 pcs). Portion wise, this biryani is a winner for me.
⚜️ Kesar aur Piste ki Phirni- The perfect dessert for all to have after a heavy meal like this. This Phirni was really good in taste. After having the Phirni it was heavenly feeling.

? Pocket pinch: - Prices of the biryanis, kebabs and chicken items are quite reasonable. Pinch for two is ₹450 - ₹600.
