The place in itself is good but the staff is very lazy, unprofessional and pays very little attention to what you're saying. I wish I had all the reviews before visiting this store. I ended up here for a cup of chai around 10am and was told to wait for 5-10 minutes to place an order. Right when I reached the counter to place the order 15 minutes later, he called someone from his mobile and started talking without giving a damn about the customer's time. Another 5 minutes later, he finally took my order and told me it'd take 5-7 minutes. I waited patiently for another 15 minutes after which it became clear they hadn't even started preparing my food/tea. He finally served me around 10:35 and gave me the wrong cup of tea ( I had paid extra for the gur to be added and there was no gur in the chai). It's probably one of the worst experiences I have had in my life, and a total waste of time and money. Would mot recommend to anyone in Fbd. Just not worth it.
