The staff is very very very lazy, not alert,irresponsible, ignorant. Do noy know what customer service mean. people are sitting,waiting for their orders. people are eating their personal food on tables but the staff is least bothered. people are yelling for delay in orders..they are ready to refund but not perform. they served me cold kasundi sandwich, paneer tikka roll was also cold inside out. the whole outlet is messy and not at all hygenic. Had a really pathetic experience not once, but twice, within the same month. The place is infested with Cockroaches & the Staff is too slow n lost. Even after informing the Manager, there was no apology or regret or any effort to improve the conditions. Really sad & unprofessional! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend
