I had very bad experience today for the first time. I ordered tea and poha for breakfast. With every bite of poha I felt burning sensation in my throat but I couldn't understand the reason then by the time I had half the plate I had severe burning sensation in my throat and chest. I simply complained to one of the serving staff he said may be the masala they add is added in more quantity. I simply left the place. But by afternoon I fell so ill and puked twice. Writing this review while going to doctor. I am a regular chaayos customer but such a thing happened for the first time. Very bad experience. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Disappointing experience at Chaayos! Ordered cheese Maggie, but got chilli Maggie instead. Other snacks were cold too. When we asked for corrections, the manager Kamal spoke to us rudely. Sadly, this is our second experience with his poor behavior. Hope they improve their service and staff attitude. I’m a regular customer at this branch, and this is the second time I’ve had a negative experience with Mr. Kamal being extremely rude about an order issue. I ordered cheese Maggi, but they served plain Maggi instead. I also ordered a veg puff, and it was served cold. When I raised the complaint, Mr. Kamal responded in a very rude manner. It was an awful and disappointing experience. Please address this and improve your service, as I’m a frequent visitor.
