I asked before ordering if the Banana Cake was veg, staff assured me it is veg. Later, I found in the official menu (QR code & website) that it contains egg. This is misleading, careless, and has hurt my religious sentiments as I avoid egg on Saturdays. I’m not going to leave this here — I will escalate this matter to Chaayos customer care and also file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) for such false statements. This outlet is located a convenient location especially for those working in Mindspace just outside gate no 5. Pretty cute and small outlet with seating both inside and outside.The snacks and tea are upto brand standards and it was a good experience overall. Would recommend to people 10/10.
