Our Fried Idli isn’t just a menu item — it’s our oldest and highest-selling dish, with fresh batches prepared daily. In fact, we often sell out by the end of the day, so the idea of serving “3-5 days old idlis” is quite… imaginative.That said, we accept that sometimes idlis may get a little overcooked or crispy or little burnt too, but stale or rotten? That’s simply not possible. The same batch was served to many happy customers yesterday, and not a single complaint was raised.We always appreciate constructive feedback, but jumping to conclusions without knowing the process feels a bit unfair.
