I recently visited Chaatwich in Palava Phase 2, Lakeshore Greens and had a highly disappointing experience. The management is clearly struggling, as service was extremely slow and disorganized. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, it took around 30 minutes just to get a plate of paani puri. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, which compounded the frustration. The lack of efficient management and prolonged wait times make it clear that Chaatwich needs significant improvements to meet even basic customer expectations. Service: 1
