Had a very disappointing experience at Chat Restaurant. The service was extremely slow—we waited 50 minutes, but our food never arrived. When we asked about the delay, the manager was not only unhelpful but also arrogant and rude. Instead of addressing our concerns, he dismissed them outright. Frustrated with the poor service and attitude, we decided to leave without even having our food. Definitely would not recommend unless they seriously improve their service and behavior. Everything on the cafe is cooked freshly rather than being cooked previous day , waiting time for some items are 15-20 mins at standard .
