I clearly remember chola samosa chaat was made to order as per your request with no additional garnish or condiments and served, if that's something that you don't like then why order? Nylon Sev is something we do not use at our cafè, which is actually a cheap low graded sev, We use yellow besan sev or green garlic sev which are of premium quality at the cafè. Yes! the cafe complies to only 2 form of payments which is Cash or any form of UPI only, which is clearly mentioned on the order counter for all customers to read to avoid any sought of inconvenience at the end whilst paying. The Spring Roll as being referred to with aloo stuffing is a dish called Dosa Cigars, which look alike to Spring Rolls but instead of vegetables have masala aloo stuffing in them.
