Last time I had Hyderabadi Biryani with Mirch Salan was way back in 2008 in Hyderabad!! Tried all the restaurants serving biryani but none satisfied my taste buds! But thanks to Chaar Minar, I finally got the Hyderabadi Taste in Chandigarh! Amazing rice quality, subtle masala's which won't leave you thirsty or give you a burning sensation and smooth and addictive mirch ka salan...!! Must Try! :) :) Way to go guys :)
