I recently visited Chaappi in Kowdiar, Trivandrum, and while the ambiance was pleasant and the menu looked promising, the service was disappointingly slow. After placing our order, we had to wait for an unusually long time before the food arrived. The delay really affected our dining experience. If you're in a rush or hungry, be prepared for a wait. However, if the management can work on speeding up service, it could be a great place to enjoy a meal.
