For me, it’s my go-to place whenever I’m in Shamli. The moment I think of the town, my mind immediately says, “Chal, Chaap factory ki Malai chaap khaate hain!” Whether you're looking for a starter, a quick bite (chakna), or a full dinner—paired with rumali roti or tandoori roti—this place never disappoints. It's a small, cozy joint with limited seating, but its popularity has grown so much that they now need to expand to accommodate the crowd. Located right in the heart of Shamli, it's perfect for a soulful outing. In fact, many locals (including me) love visiting Hanuman Tila first for darshan of Bajrang Bali, and then heading here to enjoy the delicious chaap. Trust me—try it once, and you’ll be hooked!
