When I ordered my second tea, one of your waitresses came with a glass of tea, holding it from the top. She then asked me where to pour the tea. I was a little angry with that manner, but still, I smiled and said, 'You can pour it here.' In the process of pouring, tea was spilled all over the table. Without an apology, she then walked away with a bit of an attitude and never came back. I thought she might have gone to get some tissues or something to clean the table, but she never returned. It was a bad experience there. (To the owner): Please teach your waitstaff how to be polite, gentle, and humble, and how to apologize when things go wrong.
