Ordered a basic Chicken Shawarma from this stall, and it was disappointing from the first bite. The pita was stale, and the chicken was strangely soft-definitely not the texture you’d expect in a proper shawarma. Instead of serving it fresh, they microwave a cold wrap and hand it over, which takes away any chance of real flavor or texture. The real issue? Our whole group ended up with stomach aches and constant regurgitation, making us question whether the chicken had been sitting around for too long. At ₹150, it’s already overpriced, but add in the risk of food poisoning, and it’s definitely a red zone for me going forward. We bake fresh pita bread and use fresh chicken daily. Even we get regular food quality inspections done. So there is no chance for health hazards. The salad (vegetables) which we put in the shawarma are kept at room temperature after tossing them in oil. Just to enhance your eating experience and make the entire wrap warm we microwave it for just 15-30secs. We sold over 50+shawarma yesterday and got no complains. Since you are not satisfied with our wrap you can come back any day and we can customise your order according to your preference. Wish you a good day.
