Awful taste and disgusting packaging. They blamed the delivery partner and even if I agree to that, the cellotapes they have used are old and worn... How do they run franchises???? Terrible terrible terrible... Food: 1 Service: 1 Meal type: Other

I would strongly advise against ordering coffee from this place. The coffee we received was absolutely awful — it tasted nothing like coffee, more like Bournvita or something even worse. On top of that, the packaging was a complete disaster. Instead of proper takeaway cups or sealed lids, they sent the coffee in flimsy cups sealed with cellotape. Naturally, the tapes came loose during transit, and there was massive spillage, leaving us with a complete mess. When we called the restaurant to report this, they refused to take any accountability whatsoever. This kind of careless service and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and patience, do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
