The place is somewhat good, and the food tastes nice. However, they need to pay more attention to cleanliness. All the food items are stacked openly in the store, and customers often touch them—sometimes even with bare hands. It would be better if they found a way to prevent direct contact with the products. Today, I visited the shop, and I had a very unpleasant experience. The lady at the cash counter — I’m not sure if she is the owner or an employee — was extremely rude and disrespectful. She acted as if she was superior to everyone and treated me like I was not even worth her time. This is unacceptable behavior, especially towards customers. Shops exist because of customers, not the other way around. If this is how you treat people, it’s only a matter of time before you learn the consequences of your actions. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your attitude toward customers. Respect is a two-way street.
