Great themed restaurant. A must visit if you have kids. They will find the place amazing! They're located right above Miniso in Jayanagar 4th block.

They're yet to resume as they were prior to the lockdown when they used to dress up like cops. However the people who are serving food are dressed up as inmates.

This place is unique in terms of the way they have set it up. I would recommend to try their Chicken starters. Most we tried were yummy. Their price to quantity is excellent.

I visited Central Jail restaurant with my parents on a Saturday afternoon. The place looks dilapidated on the outside with the name board broken and hanging off an edge. But we asked a shop owner in the ground floor who told us that it was open. We walked up to the first floor and walked in to a jail! The place is pretty cool with staff in police and inmate uniforms walking around taking orders and delivering food. We were attended to by Sunil who was very attentive, responsive, and kind. We ordered tomato soup (yummy!), adharaki babycorn (tandoor and so, crispy), plain roti, butter Kashmiri roti, garlic naan, & methi naan, dal tadka (soothing), and palak paneer (delicious). We also ordered lime soda which seemed slightly flat. Overall, the food is worth a visit and the service makes it a good experience. Definitely recommended!
