1/5 star’s "Disappointing experience. As a regular customer, I've noticed a significant decline in service quality. The waiting time is unbearable, and to make matters worse, they seem to prioritize latecomers over those who arrive on time. It's clear that they don't follow a first-come-first-served policy. When I complained about the service, the staff responded rudely, which was unacceptable. The lack of respect and poor management have made me question whether I'll continue to dine here.
