The worst hotel experience we've ever had in Pune. We were visiting for the first time and thought that this would be a good restaurant for the open seating, but unfortunately, when we started to order food & he accepted the order, and at the last moment, at 11:45 a.m., he was saying that we cannot serve this food, We literally had to leave the restaurant as they did not have anything to serve ou order, as bluntly they denied. And the waiter manager (Mahesh Gavade) talked to us in a rude way and left us without having food. When we came out of the hotel, they moved mine & my friend's locked bikes to the other side without asking us to park their owners' four-wheel vehicle. I will not go to this hotel in the future & will not recommend it anyone. Sorry, i never talk negatively about anyone, but the kind of service provided by them is ruthless & with no talking manners.
