But bar staff is very very in unprofessional and rude because they don't have the manners to talk with guest .There is aakash he is Supervisor of bar session he don't know how talk with guest and there is rohan and Venkatesh that black guy this two are very mannerless and characterless an this two guys also don't have manners how talk with guests and I suggest that plz remove all bar staff and plz take new staff bar members is your hotel because of this 3 guys your hotel is getting very very down rating and bad reviews and about service staff there is a guys there names are rajkumari,rakesh,sajid,abdul and Kranti this 5 guys also don't have manners and they don't known how to give respect to the guest and this abdul and rajkumar are fighting and giving badword infront of guest see I am sitting in corner at that last tabel tell there I am getting noise of that badwords and I am the regular customers in your hotel there was one guy kamal this guy was very very professional I like all service form this guy but I am not seeing this very long time he had leave the job or he is on leave I don't know but kamal was one an only professional guys in this hotel like to see this guy when I come next time to the hotel and all your service staff In clouding bar staff also when I come the hotel your hole staff is on mobile we are sited there is know one giving menu don't ask for water we are telling the service staff that menu plz then only we get the menu and water to drink and for giving order I am calling captain that he had see me that I want to give order he had came after 15 min to take order and then also my order is getting me late after so many time but service staff is every slow and they don't known how to serve the dish they had literally he dropped little bit on tabel because that I am giving you a suggestion that plz remove 50 present of you service staff and take the new staff and take the mobile phone form your service staff from bar start and from bar staff remove all that three guys that two black guys Akash and Venkatesh and that rohan and I am getting like this services seens 1 months from nov.
I was coming 15 to 18 days to your hotel to have dinner in this 5 months but I had come hardly 5 to 8 days only in nov because of like this bad services
That's all your hotel is very good and your food is awesome but your service staff and bar staff is very horrible.
But I had seen very new staff. I had seen hardly old staff but I had not seen kamal last 1 month that guy was very very professional and good in all service that guy was allround in all staff.
