"I'm posting this review now about my horrific experience at Los Angeles cafe fort kochi in July 2022. We waited over 2 hours for food despite being the only customers in the restaurant. To make matters worse, there were flies in my ice cream. But the worst part was the staff's behavior after I tried to post a review on Google - one of them threatened me and forced me to delete the review. At the time, I was a child and too intimidated to speak up. Now, I'm sharing this to warn others about the poor service, disgusting food conditions, and unacceptable behavior of the staff. Details of the Incident. So the staff showed you the owner's photo and implied that because he was the owner, you should delete the review. That sounds like a really uncomfortable and possibly intimidating situation, especially since you were a child at the time.
