The quality is top notch no doubts the cake is pretty nd tasty but the service is pathetic i had placed an order at 11 am saying i want the cake by 5 no response again called at 12 am dint pick up again called at 1 and said okay we will deliver it by 5 called again at 6 nd the guy told me that the delivery person has not yet left sorry nd delivered the cake by 7 seriously? Yes they cheat you purchase a one kg cake and the y send you a half kg one charging the full rate of the cake . Pathetic service and give false excuses
