As good as their cakes might be, their customer service is pretty low. Not responding to messages well and they give very short and terse responses. As a first time customer I need more assurance that the gender reveal cupcakes that I am ordering will be successfully created by them . I didnt seem to get that assurance from them unfortunately. Probably won’t order next time Little to no knowledge of customer care Service: 2

I’ve ordered cakes more than 3 times from them, and each time they surpass their previous work. I just love how spontaneous they are with my last-minute orders, and my family loved the cakes each time. They do customization for any occasion effortlessly, and the flavors are beyond amazing. Ordering more from them for sure Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Cakes Dietary restrictions: They have sugar-free option too. I don’t know if they have a gluten-free option but if there is, I’ll be trying it for sure
