These cakes were the perfect discovery jus before our bdays arrived, a friend of mine suggested that I must try Chef Mehernosh’s cakes in a span of 1week we had the opportunity to try 3 of his beautiful cakes. Zubin (the friend who suggest ) the cake to us had us over for dinner we ate the chocolate truffle cake covered with beautiful chocolate coated strawberries????. It was beautiful and we loved it so much that we actually carried a piece home for the fam to taste, mom being an ex pasty chef(who’s being complaining for years now that I never order a good gateau) was very very pleasantly pleased. So we decided to order this for my bday. The Chocoholic is what we ordered available with Whiskey/Rum/Cointreau we ordered the one with Cointreau since I love the choc-orange combo. cutting into the cake was an experience itself the sponge was super soft and the cake was amazing. If u at too much of the cake and too a breath analyser test you would be caught for drink and drive. It’s drenched with alcohol. It was an amazing experience. 3people demolished half the cake by the time my husband and I returned from my bday dinner.
Cake number 3 : Choco delicious cake an eggless cake that needs to be warmed for 20-30seconds and then eaten. Which we initially were not aware of, we ate the cake as is and did not like and and left us disappointed, spoke to chef next day and told him about or experience. He were calmly said I will have it picked up tasked and if u want replaced. This was before I told him what cake it was. After I told him that it was the Choco delicious cake he said even more calmly, go home take a slice warm it for 20-30secs and then eat it it’s a beautiful cake, & BOY HE WAS RIGHT ONCE WARM IT WAS JUS MELTING EVERYWHERE ON THE PLATE IN OUR MOUTH.

His cake make us smile ear to ear. We love it, he’s our go to cake for life now. Ordered 2more for my sons 2nd birthday on the 1st and will order 1 more on the 5th for my husband bday. Bawas lucky have 2 bdays to celebrate so more cake to cut????????????
