Celebrations was popular joint at one time in Sakhalim. But right now place desperately needs renovation. Food quality is good. However not a very great ambience. Family dining downstairs don't have proper lighting, ventilation and atmosphere is full of dampness. No proper washroom facility. My sincere request to owner to kindly look into the above points to redevelop "Celebration" to make it a place for Celebration.
