I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Ceepees Fresh Supermarket on 22/12/2023. The billing counter was particularly frustrating, as there was only one elderly cashier, resulting in an unacceptably slow process. The overall hygiene of the store was subpar; the items I purchased were covered in dust, and the refrigerators were noticeably unclean. Moreover, the lack of courtesy and rude behavior from staff, especially at the outside vegetables counter, further marred my experience. Customer relationship management appeared to be a significant disadvantage as the staff demonstrated a lack of hospitality. This not only reflects poorly on the supermarket's image but also diminishes the overall shopping experience. I believe improvements in staff training, cleanliness protocols, and customer service etiquette are essential for Ceepees Fresh Supermarket to enhance its customer relationships and maintain a hygienic shopping environment. I hope this feedback contributes to the betterment of the store's services.
