I placed order and paid advance, but instantly I saw by mistake I places wrong order. So clicked on Cancel order, zomato was charging me full amount of the order means no refund of cancellation. So I called Cave coffee to cancel the order as it was done by mistake. It was hardly 2-3 mins. And Cave Coffee told me that order is prepared! How can one instantly prepare order in 2 mins? Okay let's assume that you prepared order. So why it took 15-20 mins after that to give it to delivery person who was already at restaurant since 15 mins? This is just worst service by zomato & cave coffee.
