Absolutely everything we had was delicious, the use of fresh and local ingredients was a great experience. The staff are extremely kind. They also have some incredible cocktails. Cavatina by Avinash Martins is an exceptional dining experience. Each dish is exquisitely prepared, presented and narrated. The servers provide interesting details, are attentive to each diners needs and set a high bar in service. The food is a twist on traditional Goan cuisine without losing the authenticity of flavour, texture and aromas. A must visit if you are in the Benaulim area. He also has a chef’s creations restaurant in Panjim - Janot. That’s on my list for my next trip to Goa.
