Heard a lot if raving reviews about the place and the food was definitely worth it!! Loved their Chicken Mojo Skewers and Guava Spiced. Their dessert Raw Honey flan is beyond amazing and a MUST try. Prawn Ambotik was a let down with deep fried prawns and the service could have been better perhaps, however the bread basket in the beginning and all the other dishes made up for it! Definitely worth a visit

A fancy dining place in South Goa with limited menu (for vegetarians) but great flavour. The food was delicious (portions are small). Cocktails are interesting focusing on local flavours. Didn’t see anything in the menu for kids though. They have a high chair for kids though! Reservations are a must as it’s a small place.

This was my 11th visit to Cavatina, and I’ve always admired Chef Avinash Martins for his unique menu and the experience he has created. It’s my go-to recommendation for anyone visiting Goa. However, today’s experience was disappointing.Despite having an official Zomato booking for 2:30 PM, our concierge, Arun, was rushing us to place our order, which felt unnecessary and unpleasant. Several items were out of stock, including the banana cocktail and the sanna, which was unexpected for a place of this caliber. The curries also seemed noticeably smaller in portion size. Overall, the experience felt far from the high standards I’ve come to associate with Cavatina.This has always been one of the best-managed restaurants in Goa, and I never thought I’d leave feeling let down—but today was that day. I truly hope this was a one-off and not a sign of declining quality
