Took 1.5 hours for 4 Cappuccinos to be served at Catherine's yesterday (2nd Jan 2021). On enquiring (after an hour of waiting) with the staff (in a black suit) who had initially taken our order, we were told that the coffee machine is being cleaned. This when we could clearly see other guests being served coffee in the past hour! The staff said those were Black Coffee and that Cappuccinos are made in another machine. He could have told us this an hour back and we would have ordered something else. When the "Cappuccinos" finally arrived they looked and tasted like milk with a "sprinkle" of coffee powder on top (you can see it in the photo attached with this review).

While leaving the staff said "Its been taken care of" - referring to us not having been charged for the coffees due to the "delay".

What I am really concerned about is that we have made bookings to have our wedding at ITC Maratha in May 2021! If this experience is a precursor for what we can expect at our wedding, I will seriously rethink moving venues!

The staff do not give you a sense of confidence in their abilities and proactiveness, and have a long way to go to reach the expected standards from a brand like ITC.

Like it.

Very nice ambience & feel. Natural light adds a very nice effect to the place.. Food in ItC in general is very nice.. Especially Peshawari. This is more a lounge

Good ambience a place where you can sit and talk with a lovely person till the time you want to as it makes you feel more intimate in that place with that person. Best place in the whole property. It makes you feel more possitive and enthusiastic with that candle lite and open windows facing towards there luscious lawns. It is a place situated next to the bar but not that noisy infact it is a soothing area. Food variety is not that much as its just a small area to do chit chat though the taste of food was good.
