I had visit with family at Castle's Barbeque Sector-51 Gurugram on 28th April'24 for Dinner Buffet. I tell them on call to serve food without onion and without garlic for my parent only and for all others only veg regular food but at the time of dining they don't have more than 1 option for without onion and without garlic food in all across. All my guests told me that they don't like this place in service and in food quality and veriety. Many food was missing and staff told us that this food was finished. They take more than 30 minutes to serve 2-3 starters after asking by us from them. I had visit more than 500+ Barbeque buffet, breakfast, lunch, dinner buffet in Delhi gurgaon but not a single time face this kind of slow service at any place. Just remember what they said, they never do the same or do it by taking too much time, in my case they promised to give us complimentary birthday cake but at the time of cake cutting they forget to give us the complimentary cake One of our guest fruits missing or theft from the restaurant Never go again there and do not suggest to anyone Totally 3rd class service by staff only ambience and brand name is good Don't waste your money and time. They just spoil the brand name

we went for a family dinner but there the experience has been terrible.Quality of food was pathetic, not serving eatable food, smelly food being served and illiterate, inexperienced staff being hired to attend with no basic etiquettes.We asked for water for literally 20 minutes and then bought it from outside shop available next door.
Most Importantly, they are not having the enough cutlery as well to serve and was shocked to see people standing for soup bowls and vegetables bowls for around 15 to 20 minnutes.
uploading the bill as well where the so called manager cum accountant admitted the mistake as well and wrote on the bill as well that they did'nt provided the cutlery and just took the full bill amount.
Mr. Sundar(Don;t go with the name) from there took my reservation and failed completely to fullfill the promises he made.
