Bitter experience from Casanova... ordered and waited for nearly 45 min...even then not ready...after receiving found one item Missing... again waited for another half an hour for getting that food.... please change your attitude...or people will loose temper...

Worst experience ever. Have never ever experienced such an insult going to any restaurant ever. It's night around 9.45 and they took my order and I waited till 10.35 and they said they haven't even started preparing and asking me to cancel if I don't want have the patience to wait. Such a horrifying experience.
They are in the mindset that no hotels are open in the area other than them during that time.
Please do not do this to any customer. Atleast tell them once you know it's getting delayed.
