It's time to try tasty mandi, chicken shawarma and chicken. A number of visitors find that the staff is cute at this restaurant. People say that the service is fine here. I recently visited Casa Rasa in Kannur and had a wonderful experience. I ordered Nool Porotta and Chicken Afghani Curry, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, and everything was well-prepared. The service was excellent—despite the place being crowded, the staff was efficient and attentive, with no delay in serving the food. The ambience was great, creating a nice and comfortable atmosphere, especially on the first floor, where the seating was spacious and enjoyable. The only downside is that there are limited parking spaces available in front of the restaurant, so it might be a bit tricky to find a spot during peak hours. Overall, Casa Rasa is a great place for a tasty meal with good service and a pleasant environment. Highly recommended. It really astonishes me to see how Casa Rasa’s patrons who would have invested so much into this venture, would allow for such utter mismanagement. We visited on a Sunday and there was a bit of crowd. The staff present were least bothered about the oncoming customers and there was no system in place to receive customers and assign them a table. When we eventually found a table after 20 mins, we had to call multiple times to place the order. After placing the order, we had to wait a whopping 45mins for the food to be served. There is absolutely no coordination among the staff, the kitchen on the ground floor is very noisy with orders being read loudly and people scrambling. There is no manager around to oversee the operation. Delivery and take away orders are given preference over dine-in, we could see several disgruntled customers leaving due to very late and delayed service. We even had to wait 15 mins for the bill to arrive after multiple calls to the server. Even though the food was good, It’s really sad to see how a promising eatery be reduced to this due to utter mismanagement by the patrons. Give this restaurant a miss and save yourself from a disappointing evening. Terrible Experience at Casa Rasa I had a very disappointing experience at Casa Rasa. The staff behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I couldn’t finish my falooda and asked them to parcel it, they gave me unpleasant expressions, making me feel uncomfortable. The mandi we ordered was cold, which was unacceptable, and the overall service was pathetic. No one seemed to care or pay attention to us, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy.And we have to get up from our seats and call staff. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I will not be visiting this place again. I strongly recommend others to think twice before dining here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
