Disastrous Experience at Carnival Cakes and Breads - Manager Sadhish is the Culprit I recently had the misfortune of ordering a cake from Carnival Cakes and Breads, and the entire experience was nothing short of a disaster. From the very beginning, the customer service was abysmal. Manager Sadhish seemed completely disinterested and unhelpful. It's as if he had better things to do than assist customers. When I inquired about the available cake options, his responses were vague, and it was evident that he lacked any enthusiasm for his job. The real nightmare when he blocked my number soon after receiving the payment and not providing the invoice. He seemed uneducated to even understand what an Invoice is and what it means to share the invoice. The porter was initiated by one of his team members and upon asking to share the invoice of the same, he absolutely refused stating that it is "none of his business" and rejected upfront of not providing help of sharing the invoice for the services his team initiated. It was evident that quality control was not a priority at Carnival Cakes and Breads. When I brought the issue to Sadhish's attention, he showed zero concern and dismissed my complaints with a nonchalant attitude. It's shocking to witness such a lack of professionalism from a manager, especially when dealing with a business that relies heavily on customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, the delivery was delayed without any prior notification, leaving me scrambling to make alternative arrangements for my celebration. The overall experience with Carnival Cakes and Breads was so disappointing that I would strongly advise anyone seeking quality and reliable service to steer clear of this establishment. It's disheartening to see a business operate with such negligence, and Manager Sadhish's indifferent approach only exacerbates the problem. Save yourself the trouble and find a bakery that values its customers and takes pride in delivering a satisfactory product.
