I went to this restaurant expecting a decent meal, but ended up shocked by the bill. Every single item was outrageously overpriced, and to make it worse, they added excessive charges on top of that. It felt like they were trying to squeeze out every rupee possible from the customer.

What really crossed the line was the mandatory service charge they added. According to government guidelines, restaurants cannot force customers to pay service charges, yet this place blatantly ignored that.
The food was average at best, definitely not worth the inflated prices or the extra fees. This place is more focused on making money through hidden costs than offering a good dining experience.

Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your money and eat somewhere that respects customers and follows the law.

I had a very disappointing experience at Carls and Flames. To top it off, the prices were extremely high for the quality offered. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back. thay have charge extra money Please Don't visit everyone
