One of the worst experience ordering from them. They took lot of time processing the order told Zomato delivery partner they haven’t received an order while the app was showing order acceptance, then they were not accepting any call and when I try to reach them through delivery boy they were least interested to communicate after all this when I tried to cancel the order, then afterwards they took another hour to deliver the order which was past curfew time ( in all this situation Ansh the delivery boy was extremely helpful and cooperative) but the food was not up to the par , it was low in quality and not upto the expectations we have from the brand as we had quite a few good past dine in and delivery experiences.

Yesterday we visited caraway - hotel mandarin, it is located at shimla kalka highway , zirakpur.
Ambience was decent , staff was also very polite.
Food- we bought meal for 2 coupon ( costs 549).
Soup- hot n sour soup( too spicy, not good)
Starter- cheeze chilli (ok , it should be more saucy )
Main course- dal makhni( tasty)
Paneer lababdar( very delicous)
Jeera rice
Butter roti( awesom)
Dessert- gulab jamun( Ok).
Quantity of food was enough for 2 ppl.
We tried veg course meal for Rs549.
Non veg meal are also available for Rs 599.
